October 27, 2022 Quang Binh Province’s People’s Committee Issued On Implementation Plan No.: 2006/Kh-Ubnd Implementation Of Decree No.53/2022/Nd-Cp Dated August 15, 2022 Of The Government Provisions Disclaimer Of Some Articles Of Circular Security Law
Implementing Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP of August 15, 2022 detailing a number of articles of the Law on Cybersecurity (hereinafter referred to as Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP) The People’s Committee of Quang Binh province issued the implementation plan as follows:
PURPOSE OF REQUEST
I.
2. Define specific work contents and responsibilities to ensure timely, synchronous, consistent and effective implementation of Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP among agencies, units and localities in the province.
3. Raise awareness and responsibility of agencies, units, localities, officials, party members and the people in implementing Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP .
4. The implementation process ensures strict observance of the regulations of the Party and State, brings into play the synergy of the whole political system, close coordination between agencies and units. local in the province.
ORGANIZATION OF IMPLEMENTATION
1. Heads of provincial-level departments, boards, branches and mass organizations; Chairpersons of People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities according to their assigned functions and tasks, seriously implement and perform well the contents of the Plan.
2. Assign the Provincial Police to help the Provincial People’s Committee monitor, inspect and urge the implementation of the Plan, summarize the results, and implement the information and reporting regime as prescribed.
The above is the implementation plan of the Government’s Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP dated August 15, 2022 detailing a number of articles of the Law on Cybersecurity. During the implementation process, if there are difficulties or problems, agencies, units and localities should report them to the Provincial People’s Committee (via the Provincial Police) for consideration and direction./.
