Implement Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP dated August 15, 2022 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Cybersecurity (Decree No. 53, effective as of January 1, 2020). 10/2022), the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau province issued an implementation plan with the following purposes:
– Fully and promptly implement the provisions of the Government’s Decree No. 53/2022/ND-CP dated August 15, 2022 detailing a number of articles of the Cybersecurity Law to officials and public employees, Officials, employees and people in the province know and apply it seriously.
– The establishment of a list, coordination mechanism, network security conditions for the protection of important national security information systems and the implementation of a number of cybersecurity protection activities in State agencies, Political organizations in the province must be conducted legally, rationally and scientifically in accordance with the law on cybersecurity and cyberinformation safety.
– The implementation process must have close coordination between the specialized network security force and the competent authorities in the province, ensuring compliance with international treaties and regulations. of international organizations to which Vietnam participates, the provisions of the Law on Cybersecurity and other relevant laws; ensure the initiative, regularity and timeliness in accordance with the assigned functions, tasks and powers.
