Propagate and raise awareness and skills for officials, union members, youth, teenagers and children when participating in safe and effective cyberspace activities.
a) Deeply propagate the guidelines and resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State related to cyberspace, information security on the network environment, digital transformation, digital economy and society number, citizen number.
