More procedures for Social Insurance, Health Insurance done on the National Public Service Portal
Vietnam Social Insurance issued Decision 3511/QD-BHXH dated November 21, 2022 on the process of registering for voluntary social insurance on the Public Service Portal in accordance with Decision 422/QD-TTg approving the List of Social Security. integrated online public service item, provided on the National Public Service Portal in 2022.
In particular, guide the registration process to participate in voluntary social insurance for:
+ Participants belong to poor or near-poor households;
+ Participants belong to other subjects.
Also on November 21, 2022, Vietnam Social Insurance issued Decision 3510/QD-BHXH on the process of registration for payment and issuance of health insurance cards for people only participating in health insurance on the Public Service Portal.
Accordingly, guide the process of registration for payment and issuance of health insurance cards for:
+ Participants belong to near-poor households/multi-dimensional poor households/non-profit households;
+ People in the group participating in health insurance according to their households.
Issued together with this Decision Process of registering for voluntary social insurance on the Public Service Portal according to Decision No. 422/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2022 of the Prime Minister approving the list of services integrated online public service, provided on the National Public Service Portal in 2022.
This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2023.
Head of the Management Board of Collections – Books, Cards, Chief of Office of Vietnam Social Insurance, Director of Information Technology Center, Heads of units under Vietnam Social Insurance; Directors of Social Insurance of provinces and centrally run cities are responsible for the implementation of this Decision./.
